Slotted Polyurethane vs FLEX-MAT "D" Series
The substantially larger open area provided by FLEX-MAT screen media means that you can switch from slotted polyurethane screen media to our FLEX-MAT "D" series modular panels with a square apperture that will produce a better spec product and an additional 28% total screening open area.
Square Polyurethane vs FLEX-MAT "D" Series
Changing from square apperture polyurethane screen panels to FLEX-MAT D series screen panels that also provide a square opening, will increase the total screen open area with 93%. This substantial increase in open area result in far better screening efficiency, increased production and reduced fines carry over.
